I needed foundation panels taken out and new put in. I have a very old house so we were not sure what was behind it. They took their time, asked me as they were going if it was ok. They had never put these up before so it was all new to them. They did a EXCELLENT job. I was worried on how it was gonna look but it turned out BEAUTIFUL!

Called them about a leak on a flat roof. They where there shortly started tear off and reroofed and where finished that same day. What a great team. Cleaned everything up also. Will call again whenever I need them

This company was so amazing to work with. They were responsive and able to fix our roof and chimney flashing. We had water coming in and needed a repair urgently. They were the only company able to come quickly, and not only that, they did a FANTASTIC job. Their contact was so informative. They took pictures of before, during, and after their work, which was helpful for us in dealing with insurance. And they were just so kind! Really thankful we found this company.

I had them come and give me a quote and they were awesome humoring me for all of my ideas and projects I wanted to accomplish. They even said they have financing for people who need that. I wasn't aware of that so I thought that was helpful information.

The TCS crew gave the best service at every step of the process. My gutters are repaired at the lowest cost possible with good materials and excellent workmanship. I am pleased to recommend Total Construction Services for your home improvement needs. TCS did an excellent job removing my garage floor and rear wall of the garage; pouring an expanded garage foundation; pouring a new concrete floor; and constructing a 12 ft. x 12. ft. addition to the garage in late May/early June 2022. TCS was prompt and professional throughout the process. Owner Troy Hernandez and estimator Matt Latino were very helpful in the planning process, and Phillip, the foreman, kept the project moving forward on schedule. TCS' crews worked a six-day week to ensure that the project reached completion on a timely basis. TCS lives up to its name-it truly is a one-stop shop for a homeowner's concrete, carpentry, electrical, and roofing needs. I'm looking forward to having TCS tackle another concrete project later this summer-the construction of a new sidewalk and the replacement of my driveway's concrete apron. I highly recommend TCS for your construction/remodeling needs.

I called around to get a new complete roof put on my house and to have the gutters and eaves fixed on my garage, they even said I could order my own skylight and they would put it in no extra charge, boss roofing wanted close to 19 grand with the same thing being done, and a company out of Ohio, I'll wanted close to 17, 500, all for the same work warranty etc etc needless to say Troy and his company will always get my work and projects, honest down to earth friendly people who give you a fair price and top notch quality work.

Had TCS replace the old roof on my house which included a complete tear off and re-sheeting. TCS gave me the best replacement estimate in the area and the crew was very hard working and courteous. They even worked long hours over the weekend to ensure it was completed in a timely manner. The owner, Troy, stopped by on numerous occasions to check on progress and address any issues or concerns I might have had. I highly recommend and will call again if needed.

TCS gave me a reasonable quote after others jacked up the price just because my house is on the river. They had a large crew which tore off the old shingles, the new roof on and everything cleaned up in 2 1/2 days. Very happy with their work!

TCS just finished a big project on our home. Phil and the entire crew were fantastic! They showed up everyday, were extremely professional and polite and they worked hard. Everything turned out beautifully and they were very focused on doing a great job for us. Troy was super easy to work with in getting estimates and samples before they started. I had a 30 years old deck that was falling apart. TCS quoted my new deck. They had the best price out of everyone that quoted it. It was not a small deck. They did an excellent job. Everyone on their team were very professional and friendly and explained everything along the way. I cant wait to sit out on my beautiful new deck this spring. Had a complete house 'makeover', windows replaced, siding, window and door wrap, and replace an old narrow garage door, with a new wider door, which included cut out concrete and reframing. Phil and Hayes are top-notch, professional. Troy, Matt and Jennifer great to work with also.

TCS did a wonderful job replacing my 35 year old roof. They worked hard and thoroughly. The roof looked great and they a super job cleaning up. Definitely would rec'd their business.

I started calling around last fall to get someone lined up to do some roof repair on my home. My ridge caps were in need of replacement. I reached out to FB friends for roofing contractor recommendations - and contacted each one of the recommendations - mostly no response from any of them, which is a disappointment, and the ones that did respond never followed up. I get that contractors are busy and appreciate that, still - a follow up phone call would have been appreciated - THEN I came across TCS by seeing a sign of theirs. I contacted TCS - Troy was here in a couple days to look at my job, gave me some recommendations, and sent me a quote the next day, and had a crew lined up during the same week to complete the job. TCS was responsive to emails, quotes and phone calls. As far as the work -- the crew worked hard - working Saturday - cleaned up and did a GREAT job! Thanks to Troy and your crew/staff for making this such an easy process.
